We are hiring for a Product Manager;
As a Senior Product Manager at Instructure, you'll help bring our mission to life - elevate student success, amplify the power of teaching, and inspire everyone to learn together. You will be responsible for building the next set of product innovations and features to drive growth. You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, constantly discover new insights, and drive forward on execution.

• Experience in product management, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Be a self-starter who can create a vision and has a proven record of delivering on plans and achieving outcomes
• Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
• Be highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong business acumen
• Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration
• Ability to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions to successfully execute your roadmap and deliver against goals
• Experience in the global education industry, content, skills and standards frameworks are a plus (but not required)
