The role of a Service Owner involves overseeing the integration and implementation of new Microsoft services, functions, and tools within the framework of Microsoft Power Platform.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate how and to what extent new Power Platform services and tools can be integrated into the organization's environment.

• Evaluate and assess the potential benefits and drawbacks of implementing new Power Platform services and tools.
• Develop architecture concepts on the Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and security documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement security and data protection measures, as well as comply with regulatory requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to business units, assisting them in their demands for Power Platform solutions.
• Document business applications in internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Power Platform-related inquiries and issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot errors in the PowerPlatform infrastructure and PowerAutomate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Monitor the PowerPlatform using the Center of Excellent Starter Kit, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Design and implement concepts for automating operational tasks, enhancing productivity and reducing manual effort.
• Perform administrative tasks on the Power Platform, such as building environments, assigning licenses, and managing user access.
• Maintain open communication with Microsoft Support, addressing any technical issues or concerns.
