- Degree or completed training in IT or business informatics (university, bootcamp, OKJ, etc. )
- Hands-on experience in software development, especially in ABAP / ABAP Objects
- Solid experience in SAP form development: Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
- Openness to modern SAP technologies: CDS, OData, UI5, FIORI
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in international SAP rollout projects
- Familiarity with S/4HANA migration processes
