• 3+ years of commercial experience.
• Experience with cross functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3.
  
• Knowledge of WCAG and ARIA standards.
  
• Ability to write readable and scalable code using React.
  
• Experience implementing ARIA attributes and accessibility (a11y) best practices in React applications.
  
• Knowledge of design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc. ).
  
• Ability to review other people's code.
  
• Understanding of technical software development processes (gitflow, best practices).
  
• Experience in developing new functionality independently.
  
• Experience in writing Unit-tests.
  
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing (Lighthouse, Axe)

Will be a plus

• Experience with Next. js.
  
• Experience in client-side development for mobile devices.
  
• Experience in participating in new project launches.
