We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. As an Events and Medical Communication Buyer, you will play a critical role in implementing sourcing strategies, leading sourcing for assigned categories, and managing relationships with key suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sourcing strategies according to category management strategies.
• Lead sourcing for the category of spend & geographic scope assigned.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers.

What We Offer:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal business teams, build project scopes, consolidate business needs, and conduct Global Request for Proposal (RFP) activities. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts renewals, rate cards / discount schedules, and maintaining procurement documentations updated. Additionally, you will report KPIs for geographies to GCM/GLBs and focus on managing local procurement projects for assigned geographies.
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum 4+ years' experience in Procurement or related field, including agency-side experience. The ideal candidate will have skills in planning, prioritizing, and independently handling multiple projects, as well as deep knowledge of advanced procurement processes and best practices. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and change management skills are also essential. Fluency in English is a must.
