• Higher education, preferably in marketing, communications, or management.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications.
• Strong understanding of the Hungarian market and local media/communication trends.
• Experience with influencer marketing, vendor collaboration, and creative project management.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects on schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset.
• Languages: English and Hungarian — B2 level or higher.
