
Logistics System Specialist

Tasks
1. Coordination & Cross-Functional Connection
Coordinate and connect logistics information systems with other departments (logistics, production, finance, etc. )
Take part in the acceptance of logistics information systems
Prepare and propose project implementation plans based on actual business conditions and needs
2. Information Technology & Project Work
Participate in early project phases: requirements collection, business process mapping, project initiation
Prepare detailed process designs and system functional documents/specifications
Manage business and technical connections between the core system and surrounding upstream and downstream systems (e. g. WMS, TMS, ERP)
Support, test and take part in the acceptance of newly released system functions and features
3. Usage Status & Continuous Improvement
Collect and consolidate feedback, opinions and suggestions from system users
Coordinate and follow up on system-related issues and incidents
Ensure proper data management and data quality in the course of system usage
Propose optimization and improvement plans for digitalization and follow up system development and implementation support
4. Training, Support & Other Tasks
Prepare system-related training materials and user guides
Deliver training sessions and provide daily operational support for key users and end users
Cooperate closely with other departments and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
Expected qualifications & degrees
Degree: BSc or MSc, relevant majors (one of the following or related fields):
Logistics Engineering / Supply Chain Management
Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management
Computer Science / Information Technology
Automation or other relevant technical / business field
Languages: Chinese and English – able to use them confidently in both written and spoken form on a daily basis Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry
Familiarity with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of key logistics processes such as warehousing, transportation and distribution
System knowledge:
Proficient in the principles and functional modules of at least one major WMS, TMS or ERP system (e. g. SAP)
Understanding of system configuration and basic logic of secondary development/customization
Project management skills:
Ability to plan and promote projects, manage timelines, resources and risks
Hands-on attitude in driving projects from planning to go-live
Clear and concise communication skills – able to explain complex topics in an understandable way to different stakeholders
Conscientious, responsible and reliable working style
Strong problem-solving mindset and structured thinking
System-oriented, proactive, open to new technologies and continuous improvement
