Logistics Project Manager
Our partner is looking for a proactive colleague for its logistics department who will actively participate in processes that will determine the future of the company alongside the manager.
- Support the Operations Lead with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
- Manage product, supplier, and inventory data in ERP, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze stock, flows, and supplier performance to support decision-making.
- Onboard and develop suppliers, assist in product development, and provide cost estimates.
- Maintain records, compliance, and quality documentation; support audits and certification tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, providing guidance on processes and standards.
- Search for new suppliers internationally.
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Program/Industrial Management, Procurement, or related fields.
- English negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA/macros a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems; quick learner for new digital tools.
- Interest in data analysis; knowledge of quality/compliance processes is an advantage.
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. C

- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- On-site work in the office.
