Feladatok:

Investigating delivery issues and disputes

Downloading invoices and delivery documents from the GSAP system

Preparing and submitting claim forms with supporting evidence

Communicating with carriers and warehouses to resolve disputes

Closing dispute cases in the SURE system based on evidence

Processing material movements (e. g. , customs clearance, storage location updates)

Submitting RTS forms for PSE (Return to Supplier process)

Elvárások:

Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)

Advanced English knowledge

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Precision and focus when delivering tasks

Experience in extra-curricular activities

Munkaidő:

Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 18:00)

Availability to work at least 25 hours per week

Amit kínálunk:

2500 Ft/hour in gross
