Linux Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux administration, scripting, and automation tools.

The role involves commissioning, testing, and operation of Linux systems on various environments. Proficiency in using existing automation tools, developing, and maintaining scripts is required.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of Linux-based systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning of Linux servers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Linux administration (various distributions: Suse, Ubuntu, RHEL, Oracle Linux).
• Scripting experience (e. g. , Terraform, Bash).
• Solid understanding of hardware (HP preferred).
• High availability and clustering solutions (Pacemaker).
• Docker/Kubernetes administration and container orchestration desirable.
• Icinga know-how desirable.

• LPIC-1 or equivalent Linux certification.
• LPIC-2 or equivalent Linux certification.

• SUSE Certified Administrator (SCA) or SUSE Certified Engineer (SCE).
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent.
• Terraform Associate or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
