Lead and mentor the DevOps team, promoting best practices and technical excellence
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation
Ensure consistency and reliability across environments using Ansible
Oversee AWS infrastructure with a focus on performance, security, and cost optimization
Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health and availability
Administer source code repositories and enforce version control standards
Manage build processes and artifact storage using Maven and Nexus
Coordinate release management processes using Agile methodologies

What you'll need to succeed 

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles
Proven track record in managing complex systems and projects
Deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Jenkins
Strong practical experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation
Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices
Experience with Maven and binary storage tools like Nexus
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog and Slack
Proficiency in Bitbucket for source code management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
