Requirements:

• High school diploma
• English at a conversational level (for interviews, training, and internal communication)
• German at a business level (working/support language)
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

, [Providing support for IT infrastructure-related issues, Analyzing and resolving problems, or forwarding them to the appropriate IT teams, Taking full ownership of incidents and service requests handled by the Level 2 team, Logging and managing tickets (incidents, requests, changes, problems) in the system, Handling high-priority issues and supporting special planned events, Collaborating effectively with team members, Identifying recurring issues through trend analysis, Taking over calls from Level 1 support when needed, Creating reports on assets, licenses, and distributions, Documenting technical solutions and sharing best practices] Requirements: MCSA, MCSE, MCP, Active Directory, windows OS, MS Office, SQL, TCP/IP, ITIL Tools:.
