Our partner is looking for a Support Engineer.

What will you do in your new position:

Act as part of the Solutions Support team to meet or exceed daily and weekly key performance metrics

Deal with customer support requests, escalating complex issues as necessary

Utilise Salesforce, Service Cloud and other applications relative to technical support resolution

Attend customer sites in support as scheduled by the regional supervisor

Act as a professional regarding the companies portfolio and help clients understand even the smallest technical details of the company’s products.

What do you need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience in a fast-pacing environment (Trainee experience can apply as well)

Knowledge of English at Business Proficiency level

Nice to have skills:

Technical skills relating to the installation, commissioning or support of logistics ID or vision solutions

Any other experience in the field of manufacturing
