Job Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Junior General QA Engineer.

• Proven knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
• Theoretical understanding of Agile methodology and software development frameworks
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Groovy)
• Understanding of client-server architecture and data communication protocols
• Excellent English language skills, upper-intermediate or higher
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and checklists for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Perform manual testing to validate functionality and usability across platforms.
• Design and implement automated test scripts using relevant frameworks and tools (e. g. , Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality coverage and meet project requirements.
• Conduct regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing as part of the release cycle.
• Continuously improve test coverage and automation pipelines, integrating tests into CI/CD workflows.
• Analyze test results and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development process.
