
junior HR Business Partner
Our partner company is one of the two largest glassware manufacturers in the world and ranks among the five largest producers of glass packaging and flat glass. As part of their latest greenfield project, they are building a production facility in Kaposvár.
Are you a seasoned HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to navigate the complexities of both blue- and white-collar workforce management? Do you have hands-on experience with onboarding, payroll, and continuous shift operations? If yes, we want to meet you!
Job Description:
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth personnel operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Managing onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and attendance tracking in line with legal timelines
- Overseeing employee documentation, archiving, and system updates (physical and digital)
- Administering payroll, timekeeping, and personnel affairs with precision and compliance
- Supporting both blue- and white-collar employees, including those working in continuous shift models
- Preparing reports, declarations, and reconciliations for social security, tax, and employment incentives
- Handling insurance, retirement, incapacity payments, and legal notifications
- Coordinating leave management, shift schedules, and timekeeping accuracy
- Participating in audits, system improvements, and budget planning
- Collaborating with internal teams and external institutions to ensure seamless HR operations
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in HR operations (2+ years at least), especially in environments with shift-based workforces
- Confident English and native Hungarian language skills
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll systems, and employee documentation practices
- Familiarity with both blue- and white-collar HR needs
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience with HRIS and time management systems
- Experience with SAP and SAP Successfactors is a huge advantage
