•        University degree in finance, accounting, or economics

•        At least 5 years of leadership experience in a financial or accounting role

•        Fluent English and Hungarian language skills (both written and spoken)

•        Familiarity with US GAAP

•        Strong knowledge of ERP and reporting systems

•        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•        A proactive, results-oriented attitude

•        Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
