The Junior Business Intelligence and Automation Analyst is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights and address key business questions for Eaton’s Controllership team. The role also plays an important part in designing and implementing process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual effort.

Your Key Deliverables:

Design and build insightful data models and visualizations in Power BI, applying best practices in visual storytelling to effectively communicate key business insights.

Generate ad-hoc reports to address critical business questions.

Apply data quality control measures to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets.

Contribute to the automation of recurring reporting and data analysis workflows, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Develop, and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps in real-world business scenarios.
