Within the Arkance division and the Monnoyeur Group, you will join the Hungarian Finance department to be the Junior Accountant reporting to Chief Accountant Hungary.  

Arkance Systems Hungary records headcount of approx. 40 people and annual turnover of approx. 15 m€ in total

• Fixed asset booking
• Registering and posting incoming invoices
• Petty cash maintanance
• Bank reconciliation
• Cooperation on credit management, dunning procedure
• Uploading and maintaining partner master data in the Apollo system
• Assistance with Inter-company transaction and reconciliation process.
• Checking and booking of travel expenses, check of log books and preparation of inputs for payroll calculation
• Reconciliation of credit cards payments
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Cooperation with the Chief Accountant in the accounting related to monthly, quarterly and annual closing

Minimum:

• Professional in tax, accounting, double-entry bookkeeping
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
• Knowledge of English at communicative level
• Excellent organizing abilities
• College degree in Economics
  
   

Advantage

• User-level knowledge of Apollo program and Netsuite or Oracle
