Italian-Speaking Vendor Management Specialist
A Vendor Management Specialist role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in the 9th district in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for assigned countries/clusters.
- Manage orders, inventory, and ensure timely availability of equipment and parts.
- Coordinate logistics and vendors for deliveries, returns, and installations.
- Monitor performance metrics (SLA/KPI) and drive corrective actions.
- Control costs and validate vendor invoices.
- Handle supply-related escalations and support country teams.
- Align processes and support new tools/product rollouts.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and simplification.
- Act as language and cultural bridge for effective communication.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have fluent English and Italian language knowledge
- You have minimum 4 years of experience in Order Management / Vendor Management / Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service (Communication with Enterprise level client) or in another related role
- You have strong communication and analytical skills
- You have an agile and eager to learn personality
