An Order Manager role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in the 9th district in Budapest.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact
- Own customer issues, from start to finish
- Manage the inquiry to invoice process
- Optimize business margin contribution throughout inquiry to cash cycle
- Gain knowledge of customer business and document insights in CRM
- Maintain all relevant customer-related master data
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have fluent Italian and fluent English language knowledge
- You have experience in Customer Service (Communication with Enterprise level client) / Order Management / Supply chain / Incident Management or in another related role
- The company is also open to Fresh Grads!
- You have strong communication and analytical skills
- You have an agile and eager to learn personality
