Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the rollout of new systems in the factory: analyzing process differences, preparing solution proposals, system configuration, testing, and user training

Managing daily system operations: collecting new requirements, developing solutions in cooperation with the central IT team, and delivering them to end users

Providing quick troubleshooting for production systems to ensure continuous stability

Supporting the implementation of new features together with central IT

Managing IT projects, including planning, risk management, and resource coordination

Providing day-to-day IT support to colleagues (computer setup, account and email configuration, software installation, IP phone setup)

Maintaining ICT equipment such as printers, meeting room devices, and computers

Performing software updates (e. g. Windows updates, security patches)

Developing standard IT service processes in line with ITIL guidelines

Managing ICT assets and coordinating procurement

Ensuring compliance with information security requirements, conducting regular audits, and providing related training

Handling day-to-day IT troubleshooting for employees

You are the perfect candidate if you obtain:

A university degree in Information Technology or a related field

Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Relevant experience in IT system operations or support

Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software

A precise and solution-oriented mindset with quick problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service attitude

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen

Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills;

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

Familiarity with the ITIL methodology

Experience in IT project management

Experience in a manufacturing environment or with production systems

Knowledge of information security principles
