Description:

Operate and maintain a primarily Microsoft-based system environment

Ensure infrastructure availability for business and IT projects

Identify and leverage consolidation opportunities within the IT landscape

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly while optimizing system performance

Prepare and maintain up-to-date IT documentation

Monitor IT system security and handle incident resolution

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant professional experience

Higher-level IT qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate level of English (at minimum)

Supportive and collaborative attitude

Preferred Technologies

The more of these technologies you are familiar with, the stronger your fit for the role

Solid knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments

Experience in virtualized environments (mainly VMware)

Microsoft SCCM/MCM administration and support

Understanding of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and cloud solutions’ daily operations

Veeam, WSUS

Physical server and storage infrastructure

Microsoft cloud services (Entra, Intune, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)

Security tools (EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, etc. )

Linux knowledge (basic or advanced)

Containerization technologies

Monitoring tools (e. g. , Zabbix)
