Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT service delivery professional to oversee multiple service chains and associated costs, ensuring end-to-end delivery and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management experience, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, financial management and budgeting knowledge, and technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

12. Implementing efficiency improvement measures and handling escalations
13. Maintaining quality at the delivery unit level
14. Communicating regularly with delivery teams, suppliers, and customers
15. Managing and coordinating international interdisciplinary project teams
16. Engaging with top management and developing global cooperation strategies
17. Escalation management and taking MoD actions
