German Speaking IT Service Manager Job
As a German speaking IT service manager, you will play a key role in delivering top-quality service to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, managing cross-functional teams, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities: - Handling security-related topics including ESARIS ISO standards and technical systems
- Managing NSSR processes including developing solutions and costing
- Oversight of service delivery using ITIL practices incident problem and change management
- Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
You will have hands-on experience with service management and ITIL processes, and a solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. You will also have proven leadership and project management experience, as well as strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Requirements: - Fluent in German spoken and written for direct communication with clients
- Fluent in English for internal team collaboration
- Hands-on experience with service management and ITIL processes
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with colleagues and clients, so you must be able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
