Our company is constantly developing its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, and Szeged, seeking skilled IT professionals to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced customer delivery manager to oversee multiple service chains and associated costs, ensuring end-to-end delivery and service quality for customers.

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Financial management knowledge
• Technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

• Fluent German - direct customer communication
• Fluent English - internal team collaboration
• Service management experience with ITIL knowledge

Responsibilities:

1. Forecasting and cost control
2. Drive internal requests from stakeholders
3. Escalation support for customers
4. Sales activities and solution approval
5. Supporting the tribe lead
6. Flexible work arrangements to cater to customer needs
7. Service delivery using ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, change management)
8. Planning and controlling service provision in time, quality, and costs
9. Ensuring accuracy in financials and invoicing
10. Implementing efficiency improvement measures
11. Maintaining quality at the delivery unit level
12. Communicating with teams, suppliers, and customers
13. Managing international project teams
14. Engaging with top management and developing global strategies
15. Escalation management and MoD actions
