Customer Service Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee the management of contracts, develop offers for contract expansions and renewals, and escalate and manage claims.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of standard farming and upselling, identifying and managing opportunities in contract-related standard/product business, and coordinating service delivery activities between organizational units.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels, apply project delivery methodologies, manage financial and service reporting, and participate in cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract fulfillment and develop offers for contract expansions and renewals
- Escalate and manage claims
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of standard farming and upselling
- Identify and manage opportunities in contract-related standard/product business
- Coordinate service delivery activities between organizational units
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels
- Apply project delivery methodologies
- Manage financial and service reporting
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry
- Expertise in Service Delivery Management
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German (C1 or B2 level) and English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong presentation and moderating skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to expand beyond traditional Service Delivery Management approaches
- Relevant experience with ticketing tools and solid security protocols
- Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies is an advantage
- Experience in contract management is beneficial
