IT Security Expert

We're seeking a skilled IT security expert to join our team in Pécs, Hungary.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in IT security to contribute to the development and implementation of secure systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest security developments and respond to potential security threats.
• Perform independent penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Assess and improve existing security protocols and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective security measures to protect against cyber threats.

Requirements:

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject or comparable professional training.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT security, preferably with cloud security and/or penetration testing.
• Relevant certification in IT security (OSCE, OSEP, OSEE, OSCP, CCSP, CISSP, etc. ).
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing and averted attacks.
• Familiarity with scanning, assessment, and automation tools.
• Strong expertise in Linux and network-related services.
• High level of customer focus.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
