About the Role

We're looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Project Facilitator . In this role, you'll play a key part in driving business outcomes through effective project management and facilitation.

As a seasoned Agile expert with a technical background, you'll be responsible for fostering self-organization, iteration planning, and team development. Your strong experience in SAFe environments and ability to communicate progress will enable you to establish meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

You'll contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and participate in resolving technical issues. Additionally, you'll help facilitate DevOps concepts and understand the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster self-organization within cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute iterations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
