Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure monitoring software.
• Evaluate and improve monitoring coverage across various components.
• Develop and fine-tune monitoring rules, thresholds, dashboards, and alerts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Analyze root causes and support problem-solving activities.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and automation projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to operational standards.
• Support the integration and enhancement of monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant audit requirements.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
