IT Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure monitoring specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive monitoring of servers, applications, and network components.

• Configure and manage IT infrastructure monitoring tools such as Icinga2, Broadcom Spectrum, Centreon, Amdosoft b4, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus, SNMP, WMI, and API-based data collection.
• Develop and fine-tune monitoring rules, thresholds, dashboards, and alerts to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, application, and service teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and incident resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and support problem management to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and automation projects to improve IT infrastructure performance.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to operational standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
