IT Helpdesk Analyst
Our Multinational partner in Debrecen is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst!

- Deliver IT support via phone, in-person, or online to internal users
- Identify hardware/software requirements to resolve IT issues
- Handle incident tickets in line with SLAs/KPIs, ensuring accurate documentation
- Proactively use IT monitoring and management tools
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and perform audits as needed
- Comply with IT policies and procedures
- Maintain shared IT assets and prepare reports when required
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written, B2 level or higher)
- Solid technical knowledge and good IT understanding
- Microsoft desktop environments, Apple iOS, MacOS
- VoIP and video conferencing
- Microsoft application support
- Mobile devices like phones, tablets
- LAN, VPN, RDP
- TCP/IP protocols, two-factor authentication
- Software, Hardware (Routers, Switches)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility, time management, and task prioritization
- International work environment
