As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with SAP software solutions. Beyond your active involvement in SAP consulting, development, and solution implementation, you will act as a people leader — by developing your team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, and supporting their professional growth. In addition, you will be a hiring manager, taking an active role in talent selection to strengthen the team.

SAP expertise: Relevant, hands-on IT experience in the SAP field.

Trend awareness: As an IT professional, you have to stay updated on market trends.

Professional experience: At least 5 years of client-facing, relevant work experience.

Leadership experience: At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (e. g. , team leader) in IT.

Educational background: You hold a relevant (IT) higher education degree.

Communication talent: Confident communication in English and/or German, both writing and verbally.
