It Business Analyst

We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst to join the team of our partner – a well-established company with decades of experience in software development and IT solutions.
Your new role
Assessing and analysing business needs in payroll, social security, labour administration, and HR IT domains
Defining and documenting system requirements
Creating system designs
Conducting analysis and planning related to legislative changes
Liaising with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Planning and coordinating system integrations
Data modelling and database design
UX design
Supporting and overseeing testing processes
Preparing user documentation and delivering training sessions
Providing professional consulting
Product presentations
Product training
Speaking at professional conferences
Delivering webinars and presentations
Contributing to annual strategic development goals
Implementing organisational strategic goals aligned with corporate strategy
Conducting SWOT analysis of competing products
Participating in ongoing professional and technological training
What you'll need to succeed
University degree in IT or related field
SQL knowledge
Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Precise and quality-focused work ethic
Intermediate English proficiency
Valid driving licence
What is nice to have:
Practical experience in business modelling and planning
Hands-on experience in payroll, labour administration, or HR
Professional experience in developing HR systems
Knowledge of ORACLE
Familiarity with UML
