What We Expect from You:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong background in designing new systems and developing business processes.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively connect business and IT teams.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e. g. , BPMN, flowcharts, use cases).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business-related fields (BSc/MSc).
