Responsibilities:
Installing, configuring, and updating
Microsoft client and server systems
Microsoft client and server systems
Managing Active Directory and
Microsoft 365 environments
Microsoft 365 environments
Supporting users and handling incident reports
Operating backup and restore systems
Monitoring systems and services
Maintaining regular documentation and preparing reports
Actively participating in the development and optimisation of IT infrastructure
Periodic software updates on servers
Supporting international colleagues
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in operating Microsoft-based systems
Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft 365 administration
Ability to work independently
Precision, flexibility, reliability
Minimum intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication skills
Advantages:
Experience in operating Microsoft server infrastructure
Microsoft certifications
M365 administration experience
Knowledge of virtualisation technologies
Expertise in SCCM / Intune
ITIL qualification
Knowledge of SharePoint
Experience with MS SQL administration
Category B driving license
