The Accounts Receivable Collections team is responsible for managing the complete payment collection process from customers across regional groups, as well as initiating rebate payment instructions.

As an Invoicing Accounts Receivable Analyst, your tasks will be:
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment collection through various methods like direct debits and unit redemptions.
- Resolving non-payment issues by negotiating with clients and relationship managers.
- Maintaining compliance with SOX controls and accounting standards in collections and rebate processing.
- Supporting audits and staying informed on industry and regulatory changes.
- Delivering excellent client service and collaborating with internal teams and global stakeholders, escalating issues when needed.
What you will need to succeed:
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in client communication.
- Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
