
Infrastructure Support (M365/O365) Officer
The world’s largest humanitarian organization, with a network of 192-member National Societies. Ensure service quality and security per ITD standards.
Manage messaging and collaboration systems and support operations.
Oversee tools for sustainable messaging services across IFRC units.
Maintain incident records and provide resolutions in the service management tool.
Update procedures for system availability per operational level agreements (OLA).
Support IT project managers and manage related projects.
Provide stable messaging services to IFRC stakeholders across 5 regions.
Develop cost-effective IT training solutions and promote online training.
Enhance end-user satisfaction and build relationships within ITD and IFRC.
Continuously update knowledge of IFRC systems and applications.
Adhere to IFRC regulations and IT security rules.
Communicate effectively with IFRC stakeholders.
Ensure smooth operations of ITD messaging systems.
Maintain operational level agreements for messaging services.
Develop procedures and provide quality operational support.
Support messaging environments during incidents and troubleshooting.
Report changes impacting service availability and recommend diagnostics.
Ensure system availability and meet resolution commitments (OLA/SLA).
Manage ITD messaging environments across the IFRC.
Propose improvements for business application support.
Ensure information privacy and security.
Follow industry standards and implement compliance.
Identify operational improvements proactively.
Collaborate with IT support teams.
Work towards IFRC goals and adhere to Red Cross principles.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Elvárások / Requirements
Excellent knowledge and proven experience with disaster recovery process handling.
Ability to identify IT system weaknesses and propose remediation to support business continuity plan.
Good knowledge of file sharing services best practices notably about security concept (OneDrive for Business) and secure file sharing (ooDrive)
Proven team player, ability to adjust in different cultures and languages
Affinity for team work, collaborative attitude, open-minded and adaptable
Well organized, able to work under pressure and manage emergencies
