Our Partner is a Swiss-owned company specialising in the production of world-class electric drive systems. Their products are used everywhere—from Earth to Mars—where precision, reliability, and high quality are essential. The purpose of this position is to ensure the continuous operation and support of IT systems, compliance with security regulations, and the maintenance and management of office and production IT equipment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure and support the operation of IT systems

Prepare for NIS2 audits and understand legal requirements (eventually becoming the company’s IT security officer)

Apply and understand the ISO 27001 standard

Provide full support for the office IT environment: setting up computers and IT devices, connecting them to the network

Support production IT: procurement, installation, network integration, maintenance, and replacement of devices

Actively participate in server operation and maintenance

Create training materials

Perform IT and electronics maintenance, and conduct regular backups

Provide remote monitoring

Carry out network infrastructure tasks

Requirements:

Higher education degree in a relevant field

Knowledge of NIS2 and ISO 27001

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Intermediate or higher level of active German or English language skills, both spoken and written

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

Precision and ability to work independently
