are you an experienced HSE professional passionate about creating a safe and sustainable workplace within a modern manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to develop and maintain our partner's HSE management system, ensuring its certifications and full compliance. In this pivotal role, you will be the central coordinator for all HSE matters, with strong interaction with our global corporate team.

in this key role, you will:

• provide technical leadership and mentorship to on-site HSE teams within our manufacturing facilities 
• advise top management and plant leadership on HSE compliance and optimal organizational structure 
• coordinate and execute internal and external HSE audits 
• drive continuous improvement by developing new measures and aligning our HSE strategy with company-wide processes, particularly sustainability 
• monitor HSE performance and develop and lead necessary trainings 

Elvárások / Requirements

what you'll bring to the table:

• a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific field 
• at least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience 
• strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 
• fluency in English is a must, and German language is a nice to have 
• one or more valid certificates in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Fire Protection, or Occupational Health 
• the ability to apply advanced theoretical knowledge and principles to real-world organizational practices
