Feladatok:

Full support of employee and line manager inquiries through the use of ServiceNow (SNOW) and Workday systems.

Efficient and prompt handling of incoming requests, ensuring resolution at first contact whenever possible.

Processing all requests in full compliance with data security and privacy standards, strictly avoiding any data breaches.

Maintaining close collaboration and communication with Diageo colleagues across Europe, including HR stakeholders and line managers.

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Fluent English, German and Hungarian knowledge both verbal & written

Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)

Great attention to detail, gets it right first time

Munkaidő:

Being able to work at least 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
