
HR Learning and Development Specialist (L&D) (3553)
Description:
Coordinating training and development processes across the company,
Actively contributing to the design of the internal training framework,
Planning, organizing, and monitoring corporate training and development programs,
Developing, updating, and customizing training materials in line with business needs,
Liaising with internal trainers, external training partners, and service providers,
Actively supporting and coordinating the onboarding process,
Maintaining records and preparing reports.
Requirements:
Higher education degree,
Several years of experience in the field of Training & Development,
Active command of English, both written and spoken,
Category B driving licence.
