FrieslandCampina is one of the sixth largest dairy companies across the globe. They produce and sell products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts.

Feladatok:

Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration

Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into their systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations

Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives

Supporting the knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in their HR tools up to date

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Ongoing studies related to HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Training Development

Strong communication skills in English is a must

Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools

You are eager to learn and bring a high dose of service orientation

You have great attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently

Munkaidő:

Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
