HR Generalist - Employee Lifecycle Management
Main Responsibilities
The role of People Services Junior Generalist involves managing employee life cycle processes, from hiring and onboarding to termination and off-boarding activities. This includes creating employee contracts, coordinating with stakeholders for a seamless onboarding experience, managing job changes in Workday, and ensuring all systems are up-to-date throughout the employee's lifecycle.
About You
To succeed in this position, you should have first-hand experience in an HR role, preferably in an international multicultural environment. A broad understanding of HR processes and activities is also essential. Additionally, you should be computer literate and familiar with HR-related tools and systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow.
You will be responsible for interacting with internal and external clients in a professional manner, working collaboratively with teams, and being organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial.
