
HR Generalist

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Team; which is located in Kaposvár, Hungary.
About the job:
- Execute onboarding, offboarding, transfer, promotion, and attendance tracking processes for internal personnel in accordance with legal timelines; perform necessary system updates and manage documentation and archiving processes.
- Provide high-quality service in personnel affairs, time management, and payroll processes in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Track all employee-related records and transactions arising from legal and company regulations, including registry, references, accruals, insurance, assignment, promotion, transfer, taxation, leave, deductions, individual retirement, severance pay, and termination processes.
- Verify documents and data for all career movements such as hiring, transfer, promotion, role changes, and termination; update and control employee data; archive documents (physical/digital).
- Prepare, control, and track personnel affairs, time management, payroll, and accrual processes in compliance with official regulations, corporate procedures, and collective labor agreements; generate necessary reports.
- Continuously monitor and update physical and digital personnel files.
- Manage processes related to individual retirement, automatic enrollment, health/travel/life insurance, and temporary incapacity payments.
- Handle attendance tracking, timekeeping, shifts, annual leave, sick leave, daily leave, etc. , by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring documentation and legal notifications are completed.
- Ensure timekeeping data is accurately maintained in the system; correct errors and communicate with data entry teams.
- Prepare all necessary documents and information for social audits conducted by retailers/client companies.
- Actively participate in system and process improvement projects within payroll and personnel operations.
- Perform monthly work and reconciliations related to Social Security Institution (SGK), tax, unemployment insurance, and employment incentives.
- Prepare and submit monthly legal declarations such as Withholding and Premium Service Declarations, and Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) workforce charts on time.
- Process legal notifications from Enforcement Offices, ensure accurate deductions, and manage operations accordingly.
- Respond to and follow up on correspondence sent to/from official and private institutions.
- Prepare necessary documents for termination processes, calculate earnings/deductions, inform relevant departments, and make legal and third-party notifications.
- Manage data and processes for outsourced employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Track end-of-assignment dates within mobility processes, update employee data, and collaborate with relevant teams on payment matters.
- Manage internship processes for winter and summer interns, including system entries, attendance tracking, accruals, and controls.
- Prepare the annual personnel budget based on defined parameters.
What we need from you:
- Confident English skills
- University or college degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience
- Knowledge of the SAP system is a huge advantage
- Ability to handle stress
- Problem-solving skills
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Background in recruitment and other HR admin tasks is an advantage
- Experience in a manufacturing/production company is an advantage
