
HR Coordinator Trainee

Feladatok:
Supports various Human Resources activities, ensuring the quality of services provided on behalf of the Global Digital&Technology team.
Develops a full understanding of Diageo HR processes and COE (Centers of Excellence) HR stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency with various HR activities including; recruitment activity, performance cycle, maintaining organizational hierarchies in Workday, running and analysing core reports.
Formulates, recommends, and interprets personnel policies to meet the objectives of the company.
Contribute to maintain effective end-to-end HR organization to deliver business requirements in co-operation with Learning and Development, Resourcing, Reward and Payroll and other HR business partners
Preparation and maintenance of regular and special reports desired by management/business units to assist in the attainment of corporate objectives
Ensures management practices comply with current policies and applicable statutory regulations
Serves as an employee relations resource, including counseling, performance problems and advancement issues
Evaluates employment issues and ensures that they are handled in a professional and confidential manner
Oversees the processing of D&T employee changes by ensuring all paperwork is signed off, documented and submitted for processing
Tracking and monitoring of key HR KPIs for the D&T HR team providing insights to the HRBPs and HRD directly
Elvárások:
The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
0-3 years Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written
Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills obtained within a process environment
Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)
Munkaidő:
Being able to work at least 25-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule

Foundational knowledge in Excel
