HR Business Partner
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle activities in Workday and other systems (hiring, onboarding, job changes, offboarding, etc. )
- Ensure timely creation and processing of contracts and other employment documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records across all relevant HR systems
- Provide frontline support for employee queries via ServiceNow and direct communication (phone, email)
- Administer data changes and ensure lifecycle activities are performed in compliance with GDPR and local labor laws
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver a seamless HR experience
- Participate in onboarding and training of new joiners in the team
Reporting & Data Management
">Responsible for generating and managing HR reports in the local payroll system (SAP SARIF), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Contribute to data quality by maintaining and reviewing employee master data. Support the preparation and delivery of regular HR reports and dashboards. Assist in performance tracking, process metrics, and service level monitoring.
