• Act as the local HRBP professional and main HR focal point in Hungary,
• Cover the full people agenda and support managers in HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle,
• Hire and onboard employees, including preparation of employment contracts.
• Provide guidance and expertise in Employer Value Proposition, salary structure benchmarking, and annual salary reviews.
• Ensure compliance and a safe work environment as the organisation expands locally.
• Provide first-line labour law support to managers.
• Report directly to the Head of Hungary and functionally to the global HR team.
• Manage HR administration at the site.

• University degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Previous experience in international organisations and cross-border HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and compliance practices.
• Experience in compensation and benefits design and implementation.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and navigate startup-like environments.
