Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting international teams and navigating the complexities of cross-border HR operations? We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented HR Advisor to join a growing European HR team in Budapest.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in driving HR excellence, supporting acquisitions, and contributing to initiatives that foster employee engagement and operational consistency.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience;
- Fluent English and native Hungarian (additional European languages are a plus);
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour laws and HR best practices;
- Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable working independently;
- Take a hands-on approach to establishing the HR function, including handling day-to-day operations;
- At least one day a week office presence;
- Willingness to travel approx. 10–15% of the time.
