Sourcing Specialist Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Team Lead to lead our team of sourcing specialists and contribute to the success of our Talent function. As a Sourcing Team Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to build robust pipelines aligned to our hiring needs across Europe Region.
Your Key Accountabilities
• Lead and motivate a team of sourcing specialists to achieve exceptional results
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and source candidates aligned to critical skills
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure access to a wide range of sourcing channels

Requirements
10+ years of experience in sourcing with expertise in Pharma industry, ideally within a large, complex organization
Experience using various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards is essential
Experience managing and developing a team is a must-have
