We are looking for an experienced, English-speaking colleague for a Head of Environmental Simulations position.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Management of the Environmental Simulation Department
• Professional support and development of test lab engineers and technicians
• Design and coordination of test procedures in the field of environmental simulation (temperature test, degree of protection, mechanical vibration, electrical and functional tests)
• Coordination, planning and development of test facilities and departments
• Technical support for testing procedures in the field of environmental simulation
• Coordination, scheduling and resource planning of internal and external orders
• Close cooperation with partner areas 

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bsc degree (electronics, mechatronics or other engineering)
• Experience as a test engineer or several years of test labor management 
• Knowledge of environmental simulation and measurement tools and processes
• Fluency in English
• Confident knowledge of MS-Office + SAP
• Experience in project management
• Assertive communication skills
• Customer focused, quality conscious and team oriented attitude
